Department Management

The department conducts research, postgraduate education and training in gynecology, obstetrics, perinatalmedicin, paediatrics, international health and women's medicine. The activity is integrated with the Women and Children division at University Hospital and National Centre for women's safety. Research is conducted within twelve research groups and we have the graduate program in medical science.

Department Board

The Department Board is the governing body in matters concerning the aims, structure and common resources, at the Department. The Department Board consists of elected members from the department's various staff categories with the Head of Department as chairman. The protocols of the Board meetings are sent to all employees.
