Doctoral methods course: Patient and public involvement in research 7.5 ECTS
Do you wish to increase the relevancy and accessibility of your research through Patient and public involvement?
Autumn 2022, we offer a course about Patient and public involvement (PPI) in research. The course will provide you with basic knowledge and practical tools for involving patients and the public in your research - in order to yield innovative and impactful solutions to the healthcare challenges of today.
The course will adopt a “flipped classroom approach” and focus on interactional activity based learning through discussions, debates, peer reviewing, and skill development. It will be led by Joanne Woodford (PhD & Assistant Senior Lecturer) and Chelsea Coumoundouros (PhD Student) who are experienced PPI researchers within Health Care Sciences.
