- Seminarium
Join us on Monday March 20th at 13:00-14:00 to learn about a new single-cell sequencing approach opening new possiblities for clinical samples.
In collaboration with 10x Genomics, the SciLifeLab National Genomics Infrastructure (NGI) single-cell unit at Uppsala University is happy to invite you to a seminar focused on single-cell RNA-sequencing.
During this seminar you will learn about the latest single-cell RNA-sequencing method we offer from 10x Genomics, which is specifically designed for fixed cells. Fixation opens up new possibilities for single-cell RNA-sequencing in prospectively collected clinical samples and biobank material including FFPE tissue.
The seminar will be held in Glimeliussalen (Uppsala University Hospital, entrance 100, 2nd floor). After the seminar NGI’s project coordinators will be available for project consultations and to answer any questions.
Since we have a limited number of seats, please register in the linked form as soon as possible.
Please visit our website to find a full list of sequencing and genotyping applications available at NGI. https://ngisweden.scilifelab.se
