Welcome to the U-CARE BrainPub seminar Using behavior change theory in gamification as an approach to solve health challenges with Senior Lecturer Erik Olsson!

Gamification and serious games are used to address health challenges. How does this work theoretically? This lecture describes the link between game design theory and behavior change theories and techniques. Erik Olsson is the course leader of the successful course Innovation Game where game design is applied to solve health challenges. The course received the "Teaching and Learning Award 2022" from the EU-project Enlight.

The seminar is part of the U-CARE BrainPub seminar series and open to everyone to attend. The seminar will be in English. Those who want can join for an AW after the seminar.
